Sales Manager

For our client, unique company that brings the story of the Pilsner Urquell beer, we are looking for an experienced Sales manager. 

Key responsibilities:

Bringing new business by:

  • Development & fulfilment of monthly and annual plan, budget set up and rate strategy planning with the department head.
  • Preparing and leading sales presentations.
  • Contract negotiation, management and supervision.
  • Business development and acquisition of new clients.
  • Exploring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Evaluating & managing existing partnerships by:

  • Reporting on performance of each Partner.
  • Account and client relationship management
  • Overviewing invoices & payments both to and from our Partners

We require:

  • Minimum 5 years required in B2B sales role within hospitality or leisure industry (or other industry with extensive experience from hospitality or leisure)
  • Good knowledge of Prague tourism and gastronomy scene
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Fluent Czech & English
